Bobby Hicks Jr.
An experienced leadership development coach, executive and ministry leader for over 20 years, Bobby knows how it feels to be overwhelmed, frustrated, and burnt-out growing and developing ministries and organizations. His goal is to help you create an effective action plan to identify, train, and release biblical mission minded leaders to inspire a culture of leadership development while sustaining powerful leadership and ministry growth.
Our Story
Inspire Leadership began to take place after Bobby and wife, Courtney began to see a need within organizations and churches that had one main problem; leaders were not developing leaders. CEO's, pastors, and leaders of organizations and ministries were struggling to move the mission forward, unify as one, develop effective leaders, and find help or volunteers. Ultimately holding them back from potential leadership and ministry growth. With their creative and unique approach, they successfully transformed a number of organizations within the Dallas and Denton area. Our vision is to create and motivate a multiplicational leadership movement in our organizations, churches, and ministries, ultimately affecting our communities, cities, nation, and world.
