Meet Bobby Hicks, Founder & CEO of Inspire Leadership

Bobby Hicks Jr is a native of Dallas, Texas. With twenty years of ministry experience and ten years of leadership development experience, Bobby knows how it feels to be overwhelmed, frustrated, and confused when it comes to growing and developing leaders, ministries, and organizations. Bobby started his journey in 2001 where he served as Director of Worship and Fine Arts at Bell Missionary Baptist Church, Auburn, Alabama. It was there his passion for ministry and his heart for people grew tremendously. In 2010, Bobby served as Director of Christian Education & Leadership at Bibleway Bible Church, Dallas, Texas. It was during this time he received a B.A.S. degree from Dallas Baptist University and became a licensed and ordained minister of the Gospel. In 2016, Bobby, his wife, and three children were called to Denton, Texas to serve as Director of Worship & Fine Arts / Youth & Children and Leadership Development at Morse Street Baptist Church. Passionate about leadership development and ministry success, Bobby and wife, Courtney, began to see a need within churches and organizations that had one main problem; leaders were not developing leaders. Since then they have successfully transformed a number of churches and organizations within the Denton and Dallas area. Bobby's determination and passion is to continue to help churches, organizations, ministries, families, and individuals develop leaders who can ultimately develop other leaders, creating a culture of leadership development.
